1. General Information
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German telecommunications and digital services data protection rules. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Server Log Files and Hosting
When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits information to our server or to our hosting or IT service provider. This may include IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser, operating system and requesting provider. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR due to our legitimate interest in the secure and uninterrupted operation of our website.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email or otherwise, we process the data you provide to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the request relates to pre-contractual measures or an existing contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Order Processing and Customer Account
When you place an order, we process in particular your name, billing and delivery address, email address, order data, payment data and, if applicable, telephone number. Processing is carried out for contract performance on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Statutory retention obligations, in particular commercial and tax law obligations, remain unaffected.
6. ERP and Shop System
For contract and order processing, we use shop and ERP systems, in particular Shopware and Pickware. Where personal data is processed in this context, this is done for contract performance on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or under a data processing agreement.
7. Payment Providers
For payment processing, we use payment service providers, in particular Mollie B.V. and payment methods integrated via Mollie or directly, such as PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24, Klarna and other payment methods displayed during checkout. Data required for payment processing is transmitted to the respective payment service provider. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
8. Shipping Providers
For delivery of the ordered goods, we share the necessary data with shipping providers, in particular name, delivery address and, if applicable, email address for shipment notification. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
9. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send the newsletter. Subscription takes place only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link or by notifying us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The newsletter is handled via the Shopware system.
10. Cookies and Cookie Consent Manager
Our website uses technically necessary cookies and, if you consent, additional cookies and similar technologies for analytics, marketing and personalization purposes. 12. Retention Period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. After complete contract processing, data is stored for the duration of statutory warranty and retention periods and then deleted unless further processing is legally permitted.
13. Rights of the Data Subject
Subject to the legal requirements, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
