Right of Withdrawal for Consumers 

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day 

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together; 

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately; 

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you ordered goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ekn footwear GmbH, Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, email: info@eknfootwear.com) by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. 

Consequences of Withdrawal 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. 

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. 

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless free returns are expressly offered in the shop. 

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
