Different leather textures, recycled mesh materials, the distinctive sole and clean proportions give the Muku its unique character somewhere between retro runner and futuristic sneaker. Chrome-free tanned leather, the flexible construction and the cushioned insole create a lightweight and comfortable feel with every step.

Inspired by classic performance footwear, the Muku combines athletic energy with a reduced and premium aesthetic. Handcrafted in Portugal and made to last for years.

All ekn shoes are made in traditional factories in Portugal. Working closely with our manufacturing partners allows for short transport routes and close collaboration throughout the production process. We work with durable natural materials, recycled fabrics and chrome-free tanned leathers.

Depending on the model, selected materials and components are certified by FSC, GOTS, GRS or PETA-approved.
