The Oak focuses on clean lines, premium materials and a distinctive cupsole. Wide laces, reduced details and the calm silhouette give the model its effortless presence somewhere between minimalist sneaker and modern essential.

At the center is the premium Margom sole. Known among footwear enthusiasts for years as a benchmark for durable premium soles, it not only defines the shoe’s clean shape but also contributes to its longevity. The robust construction allows the sole to be stitched to the upper rather than simply glued, resulting in a significantly longer lifespan.

Chrome-free tanned leather, the flexible construction and the removable insole provide lasting comfort throughout the day.

All ekn shoes are made in traditional factories in Portugal. Working closely with our manufacturing partners allows for short transport routes and close collaboration throughout the production process. We work with durable natural materials, recycled fabrics and chrome-free tanned leathers.

Depending on the model, selected materials and components are certified by FSC, GOTS, GRS or PETA-approved.
